Shri Shailesh Bagauli IAS (Uttarakhand 2002) presently Secretary of Transport Department, Secretary of Urban Development Department and Chief Administrator of Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority , has been given additional charge of Secretary to CM Uttarakhand ( Shri Tirath Singh Rawat).
