  1. Respected Sir,
I was working in the office of the Trade Marks Registry , Mumbai since 11th ,Feb 1974 and Retired as “Examiner of Trade Marks” (Class II) on 30th June 2010 (36 years).

In view of the above mentioned subject matter I have to give following facts for your kind consideration and early action to give me justice in the matter.
    1. I am a member of S.C. community.
    2. I was appointed in the post of Assist. Examiner of Trade Marks on 1.5.1979 . under 100% direct recruitment rules. Though the post was clear vacancy ,I was appointed on Ad-hoc Basis. On 1.5.1985 I was allow to cross the efficiency bar but deprived of regularization in the post. In the last on 11.12.1987 after 8 years and 8 months I was reverted.
    3. I challenged that reversion order in the Central Administrative Tribunal under O.A. no.12 of 1988 and 47 of 1994 both the time the order is given in my favour. Instead of implementing of that order the office challenged that order in High Court Bombay under No. WP/2703 of 1999. Same was dismissed. Again the office challenged the Bombay High Court dismissal order in the Supreme Court under no. special leave (c) no. 25756/2014 and same was also dismissed .
In this situation the office is suppose to implement the Bombay High Court order. According to Bombay high court order there is no merits in the case and the court clearly mentioned that whatever points the office raised is no merits. Inspite of this the office has implemented the order partly of Assistant Examiner of Trade Marks (Group ‘C’ )and paid me arrears of amounting (Rs. 3,96,448/-) but not given me further Promotion of Examiner of Trade Marks class II (Group ‘B’) from dated 1.05.1984 along with all consequential benefits as per Directions given by the Bombay High Court order.

You are there for requested to do the needful at the earliest.
