She later pursued a Master’s in Public Policy (M.P.P.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, in association with LBSNAA, Mussoorie, reinforcing her policy insight with structured training in governance.
Dr. Mohan’s career in the Indian bureaucracy spans several key administrative roles, with extensive experience in health, education, finance, women & child development, irrigation, and land revenue management. Her service record includes important assignments such as District Magistrate of Sitapur and Bijnor, Chief Development Officer in Gautam Budh Nagar, Special Secretary in the Health & Family Welfare Department, and Director in the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS). Her tenures in various departments have been marked by effective planning, welfare-oriented execution, and strong inter-departmental coordination.
She has also served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Special Secretary in the Irrigation Department, where she handled flood control and water management responsibilities with precision.
