SAIL-MTI would also be the first corporate training institute in the country to offer training and interventions based on Science of Happiness. All the functional Directors of SAIL Board and CEOs of the Integrated Steel Plants and ED (HRD) were present for the inauguration.

During the inaugural event Shri P K Singh praised the initiative undertaken by MTI and expressed his confidence that interventions based on Science of Happiness would help SAIL immensely in enhancing employee engagement and overall productivity.
