Dr. Sagar Hanuman Singh IPoS (1995) presently Postmaster General, HQ Region Telangana Circle, Hyderabad, has been appointed to the post of Director General, National Institute of Plant Health Management(NIPHM ), Hyderabad, on deputation basis, for a period of 05 years w.e.f. the date of his assumption of charge of the post.
