Dr. Sachin Shinde IAS (AGMUT 2008) , has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Earth Sciences (Shri Kiren Rijiju) in the Ministry of Earth Sciences at the level of Director on coterminous basis with the Minister with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post .
