Shri S K Dev Verman IAS (Manipur 1988) presently Special Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs , has been transferred and posted as Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post vice Shri B Anand IAS (Tamil Nadu 1987) .
