Shri Rupjyoti Brahma Karjee IFS (2011) , has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for External Affairs (Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh) in the Mb External Affairs at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the Minister.
