Shri Ruolkhumlien Buhril IAS (Tamil Nadu 1984) presently Secretary- Inter State Council Secretariat, Ministry of Home Affairs , has been appointed as OSD, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development. He shall take over as Secretary- Department of Land Resources w.e.f. 01 ,04.2019 upon superannuation of Shri Anant Kumar Singh IAS (UP:84) on 31.03.2019.
