Ms. Rubina Ali CSS presently Joint Secretary- Ministry of Civil Aviation has been appointed as Joint Secretary & CEO – National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation & Multiple Disabilities, Department of Empowerment of Persons
with Disability on ‘lateral shift’ basis for a tenure upto 31.12.2026 ie date of her  superannuation by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
