Shri Roshan Sunkaria, IAS(Punjab 1988) presently posted as Principal Secretary & Financial Commissioner will head the Rural Development and Panchayats Department, Government of Punjab . He had started his Indian bureaucracy career in 1990 as SDO, moving to many important portfolios including Commissioner Chandigarh Municipal Corporation (2008-11) and as Parliamentary Affairs Secretary for Punjab.
Shri Roshan Sunkaria is a MBBS is Medicine Surgery and PG in Public Administration. He is also a PG in Development Management from AIM, Manila.
