Shri Rocktim Saikia IRS (IT 2010) , has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and Ayush (Shri Sarbananda Sonowal) in the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways in addition to his
present assignment as Private Secretary to the Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and Ayush (Shri Sarbananda Sonowal) in the Ministry of Ayush on co-terminus basis with the Minister or for a period upto 13.09.2026.
