Ms. Rina Sonowal Kouli IInfoS (1994), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Ms. Kamini Chauhan Ratan IAS (UP:1997).
