The award felicitation ceremony included an insightful panel discussion on the topic of Leadership & Communication in the Digital Era. There was also an engaging Table Topics contest, where volunteers were encouraged to speak impromptu on various topics. An exclusive session was held for our women employees, during which they interacted with Lark Doley and learned of her inspirational leadership journey. Over the past three years, Reliance has set up six Toastmasters Clubs across our locations to enable our employees to become even more effective communicators and leaders.
