REC Transmission Projects Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, – a ‘Navratna’ Central Public Sector Undertaking, under Ministry of Power, handed over project specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) ‘WRSS XXI (A) Transco Limited’ to M/s Adani Transmission Limited on 14 Oct 2019 in the presence of CEO, RECTPCL and officials from Adani Transmission Limited.
The selection was carried out through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) based on the Standard Bidding Documents and Guidelines thereof as notified by Ministry of Power, Government of India for selection of Transmission Developers.
