5 IAS transfers in Punjab State – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Punjab Govt has transferred 5 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with immediate effect with Malwinder Singh Jaggi IAS (2005) presently Chief Administrator- Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority, SAS Nagar given additional charge of Director- Social Justice, Empowerment & Minorities, Vipul Ujwal IAS (2009) presently Special Secretary- Local Govt now posted as Director- Social Security, Women and Child Development with additional charges of Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and Special Secretary- Social Security, Women and Child Development, Devinder Singh IAS(201o) transferred as Special Secretary- Home Affairs & Justice with additional charges of ED- Punjab Stats Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation and ED- BACKFINCO, Puneet Goyal IAS (2010) presently Additional Registrar- Cooperative Societies, Punjab posted as Director- Local Government with additional charge of MD- SUGARFED while Bhupinder Pal Singh IAS (2011) presently Director- Local Government is now posted as Special Secretary- Revenue & Rehabilitation.
