The award was received by Dr. P. V. Ramesh, CMD, REC from Shri Manoj Sinha, Union Minister of State for Railways and Minister of State (IC) for Communications. The event was also graced by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways and Shipping.
