REC & Agewell Foundation to empower elderly by Providing Digital Literacy

REC Foundation, the CSR arm of the Navratna Central Govt. PSU REC Limited, signed a memorandum with Agewell Foundation in New Delhi for providing digital literacy to senior citizen in Delhi/NCR. The project is aimed at empowering the elderly by providing and conducting Mobile Digital Literacy and Financial Inclusion drives for around 4700 digitally illiterate senior citizens from lower-middle, & middle class localities from 100 different location of Delhi-NCR.

The agreement was signed on 22nd May 2019 between Shri S N Srinivas, CEO, REC Foundation and Shri Himanshu Rath, Chairman, Agewell Foundation in presence of Shri TSC Bosch, ED (CSR) and other officials of REC Foundation and Agewell Foundation.
