Shri RD Dhiman IAS (Himachal Pradesh 1988) presently Additional Chief Secretary (MPP & Power, NCES, Industries and Labour & Employment) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, who is also holding charge of the post of Chairman, HP State Electricity Board Ltd., Shimla, has been appointed as Chief Secretary to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, with immediate effect.
