Shri Ravi Kumar Arora IAS (Gujarat 2006) presently Private Secretary to External Affairs Minister (Shri S Jaishankar) , has been , has been re-designated from Deputy Secretary level to Director level to the same Minister as a measure personal to him with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post.
