Shri Ratnakar Jha MPPSC (Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission), has been promoted and appointed to IAS (Indian Administrative Service) for the Select List of 2018, on probation to the Madhya Pradesh Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.
