Ms. Rashmi Chowdhary IRPS (1989) presently Joint Secretary (Training), Department of Personnel & Training , has been given extension of additional charge of the post of Director, Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) for a period of four months with effect from 09.01.2020.
