Shri Raman Kumar IAS (Bihar 2009) presently Private Secretary (Deputy Secretary level) to the Minister for Panchayati Raj (Shri Giriraj Singh), has been re-designated as Private Secretary (Director level) to the same Minister as a measure personal to him for a period up to 28.11.2026.
