Shri Rakesh Kumar IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 2005) presently Commissioner & Secretary, Fishery & Irrigation Departments and Commissioner of Excise is substantively posted as Managing Director, Assam Power Distribution Company Limited with additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Fishery & Irrigation Departments. He is relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner of Excise.
