Shri Rakesh Kanwar IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2007) presently Secretary to Governor, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, who is also holding additional charge of the posts of Special Secretary (Agriculture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming under the Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh, Managing Director, H.P. Agro Industrial Packaging India Ltd. and Managing Director, H.P. Agro Industries Corporation Ltd., Shimla, has been posted as Managing Director, H.P, Power Corporation Ltd., Shimla. He shall continue to hold the additional charge of the post of State Project Director, Zero Budget Natural Farming under the Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh.
