Ms. Rajul Bhatt IPoS (2000) presently Joint Secretary (Training), Department of Personnel & Training, has been given extension of entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director, Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) beyond 15.09.2023, for a period up to 07.05.2024.
