Shri Rajiva Sinha IAS (West Bengal 1986) presently Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department , has been transferred and posted as Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal vice Shri Malay Kumar De(West Bengal 1985) retiring on superannuation on 30.09.2019.
