He is currently Commissioner, Industries Department, where he oversees industrial policy, investment promotion, and business facilitation. Previously, he served as Commissioner, Kanpur, managing divisional administration and district governance, and as Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary, contributing to planning and program implementation at the state level.
His district administration experience includes multiple postings as District Magistrate in Azamgarh, Mathura, Kanoj, Sant Kabir Nagar, and Chief Development Officer in Moradabad, where he supervised land revenue management, development programs, and public service delivery. He has also led key departments such as Human Resource Development, Housing & Urban Planning, Industrial Training & Vocational Education, Health & Family Welfare, and Transport, handling responsibilities ranging from mission implementation to infrastructure development.
