Dr. Rajender Kumar IAS (Gujarat 2004) who are on Long Term Training abroad/on deputation to Government of India are given proforma promotion under Rule 8(5) of the IAS (Pay), Rules, 2016 to Super Time Scale of IAS (Level 14 in the Pay Matrix) by order of the Governor of Gujarat.
