Indian Bureaucracy News, Jaipur, October 27, 2025 | The Government of Rajasthan on Friday (27.10.2025) issued transfer orders for seventeen (17) Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officers, bringing changes across both policy and field-level positions. The reshuffle includes the appointment of a new Secretary to the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, a new Managing Director for the Rajasthan Seeds Corporation, and a Deputy Secretary in the Rural Development Department. At the district level, the orders cover postings of Chief Executive Officers of Zila Parishads, Additional Collectors, and Sub-Divisional Officers across ten districts.

List of officers with their present and new postings is detailed below.

  1. Smt Preeti Mathur RAS (1999), presently Joint Secretary, Medical and Health Department (Group-3), Rajasthan, Jaipur, is transferred and appointed as Secretary – Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur.
  2. Shri Dinesh Kumar Sharma RAS (2001), presently Secretary, Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur, is transferred and appointed as Managing Director – Rajasthan Seeds Corporation, Jaipur.
  3. Shri Kailash Chandra Sharma RAS (2006), presently Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad-cum-ADPC, EGS & Ex-Officio Chief Project Officer (MADA), Dausa, is transferred and appointed as Registrar – Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.
  4. Smt Pratishta Pilania RAS (2010), presently Deputy Commissioner (Project Coordination), Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project, Jaipur, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary – Gramin Vikas Department, Jaipur.
  5. Shri Birdi Chand Gangwal RAS (2014), presently Additional Collector & Additional District Magistrate, Dausa, is transferred and appointed as Chief Executive Officer – Zila Parishad-cum-ADPC, EGS & Ex-Officio Chief Project Officer (MADA), Dausa.
  6. Shri Priyawarit Singh Charan RAS (2015), presently Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jaipur Greater, Jaipur, is transferred and appointed as District Supply Officer (I) – Jaipur.
  7. Shri Arvind Sharma RAS (2017), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Lakheri, Bundi, is transferred and appointed as Additional Collector & Additional District Magistrate – Dausa, Rajasthan.
  8. Shri Mahesh Chandra Maan RAS (2017), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhaniyana (Jaisalmer), is transferred and appointed as Assistant Commissioner-cum-Assistant Secretary – Relief Department, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  9. Shri Doodaram RAS (2019), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Dhorimanna, Barmer, is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Dechu, Phalodi, Rajasthan.
  10. Shri Rohit Chauhan RAS (2021), presently Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jodhpur South, Jodhpur, is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Ahore, Jalore, Rajasthan.
  11. Smt Savita Sharma RAS (2023), presently Deputy Commissioner, SMSA and  Rajasthan School Shiksha Parishad, Jaipur, is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Thanagazi, Alwar, Rajasthan.
  12. Shri Sanwarmal Regar RAS (Adhoc), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Ahore (Jalore), is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Bajju, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
  13. Ms Priya Bajaj RAS (2024), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Bajju, Bikaner, is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Ghadsana, Sriganganagar, Rajasthan.
  14. Shri Dharmendra Verma RAS (2024), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Lasadia, Salumber, is transferred and appointed as Land Acquisition Officer – Ajmer Development Authority, Ajmer, Rajasthan.
  15. Shri Ram Karan Singh RAS (2024), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Nainwa (Bundi), is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Rishabhdev, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
  16. Shri Bhag Chand Regar RAS (2024), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Rishabhdev, Udaipur, is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Nainwa, Bundi, Rajasthan.
  17. Shri Bhanwer Lal RAS (2024), presently Sub-Divisional Officer, Dechu, Phalodi, is transferred and appointed as Sub-Divisional Officer – Dhorimanna, Barmer, Rajasthan.
