Shri Raj Kumar IPoS (2001), has been appointed as Additional Secretary, UPSC, Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of seven years upto 3 1/07/2023 by upgrading the post of Director level held by the officer to Joint Secretary level.
