Shri Rahul Kumar IAS (Bihar 2011) presently Collector & D M, Purnia, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society-cum-State Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood-cum-Commissioner- Self-Employment, Rural Development Department, with additional charge of Commissioner, MNREGA and Mission Director, Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali.
