Shri Prakash D IPS (Uttar Pradesh 1994), presently posted as ADG- Railways has been empanelled as Director General level.
Shri Prakash D is an accomplished officer with nearly three decades of service, he has held important assignments across Uttar Pradesh and on central deputation, steadily rising through the ranks from senior scale to ADG. Since June 2024, he has been leading the Government Railway Police, overseeing law enforcement and passenger safety across the vast railway network of the state.
Shri Prakash D. has an impressive academic background with postgraduate qualifications in Public Administration and Police Management, complementing his professional experience with deep subject knowledge.
