PM to unveil projects – Rs 5,000 crore in Rajasthan and Rs 12,600 crore in MP

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a visit to Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh on October 5, 2023. In Rajasthan, he is scheduled to lay the foundation stone and dedicate multiple development projects valued at approximately Rs 5,000 crore, spanning various sectors such as health, education, aviation, rail, and road. This includes the inauguration of a modern trauma center at AIIMS Jodhpur, a new terminal building at Jodhpur Airport, and the dedication of IIT Jodhpur’s campus to the nation. Additionally, several road development projects will be initiated to enhance connectivity in the state. The Prime Minister will also flag off two new train services and dedicate rail projects, further bolstering transportation infrastructure. In Madhya Pradesh, he will perform the bhoomi poojan for ‘Veerangana Rani Durgavati Smarak aur Udyaan’ in Jabalpur, celebrating the 500th birth centenary of Rani Durgavati. He will also inaugurate the Light House Project in Indore, promoting affordable housing, and launch Jal Jeevan Mission projects to provide safe drinking water to various districts. Furthermore, Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone and dedicate multiple road and rail projects aimed at improving connectivity and transportation in the state, including gas pipeline projects and a new bottling plant.
