Dr. Pawan Kotwal IAS (Jammu Kashmir 1994) presently Financial Commissioner, Revenue, holding additional charge of Inspector General of Registration, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, J&K relieving Shri Abdul Majid Bhat Dr. Pawan Kotwal IAS shall also hold the charge of Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Inspector General of Registration, J&K.
