Shri Paban Kumar Borthakur IAS (Assam- Meghalaya 1989) presently Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Social Welfare, Cultural Affairs and Irrigation Departments , has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development, Cultural Affairs and Irrigation Departments.
