Under the existing e-Tourist visa scheme, a foreign national can undertake casual business visit (including casual business meetings). Government has also approved e-Business Visa under which all activities presently permitted under normal Business Visa, including participation in business meetings and exhibitions, will be allowed. However, there is no proposal to extend e-visa facility to foreign nationals for attending international conferences.
