Shri Onkar Chand Sharma IAS (Himachal Pradesh 1994) presently Principal Secretary (Tribal Development and Agriculture), Principal Secretarycum-FC (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and Chairman Appellate Tax Tribunal at Dharamshala, has been given additional charge as Special Secretary, Co-operation Department.
