Oil India Limited (OIL), India’s second largest National Exploration & Production company and Numaligarh

Refinery Limited (NRL) signed Crude Oil Sales Agreement (COSA) for sale and purchase of crude oil on 12 March, 2020 at OIL’s Pipeline Headquarters in Narengi, Guwahati.  Shri Harish Madhav, Director Finance, OIL and Shri Indranil Mittra, Director Finance, NRL signed the agreement on behalf of OIL and NRL respectively in the presence of Shri S.C Mishra, CMD, OIL and Shri SK Barua, MD, NRL.

The COSA will come in effect from 1st April, 2020 to 31st March, 2025 that is for a term of 5 years. The agreement will streamline sale and purchase transactions of Crude Oil produced from fields in the North East India.
