Ms. Nivedita Shukla Verma IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1991), Special Secretary, Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence , has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty, Department of Chemicals and PetroChemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India w.e.f. 01.08.2023. The officer will take over as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Shri Arun Baroka, lAS (UT:90) .
