Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi, has been relieved by the state government and his services are placed at the disposal of government of India for appointment as Administrator, Universal Service Obligation Fund, Department of Telecommunications in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.
