Indian Bureaucracy Karnataka IAS Transfers | The Karnataka Government has transferred 9 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers with immediate effect with P Ravi Kumar IAS ( 1984) presently Additional Chief Secretary – Energy Dept Bengaluru, has been transferred as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) – Karnataka Govt., Mahendra Jain IAS ( 1985) presently Additional Chief Secretary to Government- Urban Development Dept, has been transferred as ACS- Energy Dept with concurrent charge of Higher Education Dept while B H Anil Kumar IAS ( 1987) presently Additional Chief Secretary- Higher Education Dept Bengaluru , has been transferred ACS- Urban Development Dept with concurrent charge of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
