Ms. Neelam Shammi Rao IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1992), presently in the Cadre, has been appointed as Director General (Training), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Director in Directorate General of Training The officer will also hold the additional charge of the post of Director General, National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development.
