National Cadet Corps (NCC), the world’s largest uniformed youth organisation shapes the personality of the youth through training, adventure, cultural and sports activities. Prior to the year 2013, NCC conducted various sporting activities under aegis of its state Directorates. In the year 2013, it was decided to bring these sports competitions under a common banner of NCC National Games at New Delhi. The aim was to provide the cadets a larger arena and so develop a temperament necessary for furthering their aspirations towards greater achievement and recognition.
