State owned PSU, NBCC (India) Ltd recently organized its 13th edition of ‘Samvaad’ an in-house quarterly brainstorming session focused on Company matters, business strategy, challenges, revving up revenues, digitisation, sustainability and the overall vision of the organisation.
The event was chaired by Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC along with Shri Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial); Shri N K Shah, Director (Projects), Shri Sanjiv Swarup, CVO and all senior executives of NBCC.
Dr Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD said “Samvaad is a platform to discuss issues, take opinions, make policies and surge ahead. This edition focuses on how to increase turnover and profitability through efficiency and timely execution of work.”
A Financial and Account manual of NBCC, for smooth & efficient functioning of the organization, was also released by Dr. Mittal. The daylong session had a presence of almost 100 participants who brought forth their views and ideas to take the company to new heights of success.
