Corporate HRM Division of NBCC (India) Ltd. organised a “CORPORATE YOGA & MEDITATION” session for employees through Panchawati Yogashram & Nature Cure Centre (PYNCC) at Corporate Office, New Delhi on March 16, 2018. During the session, the Yoga Teacher, Shri Yogacharya Priyetsoh Thakur talked about the importance of Yoga and Meditation in daily routine life. He made the participants practise Ardha Chandrasana, Utkatasana, Anulom- Vilom, Parvatasana, Tadasana, Tiryaka Tadasana, Utkata Konasana, Utkatasana, Yoga Nidra / Meditation, etc. The session was graced by Shri Alok Rastogi, Executive Director (ED); Shri M C Sharma, ED; Shri Manas Kaviraj, CGM (HRM); Shri S C Jain, CGM (Engg.); Shri Rakesh Garg, CGM (Engg.); and other Senior Officials and employees of NBCC.
