Shri Navdeep Rinwa IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1999) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for the balance period of his overall five year central deputation tenure upto 26.11.2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Ali Raja Rizvi IAS (HP 1988).
