Shri Naresh Kumar IRSS (2000) presently with Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HRIDC) has been given extension for a period of two years beyond 12.08.2025 by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HRIDC) is a joint venture between the Government of Haryana and the Ministry of Railways, established to accelerate rail infrastructure development in the state. It aims to identify, plan, and execute rail projects that enhance connectivity, promote industrial growth, and support sustainable transportation. HRIDC focuses on developing new rail lines, doubling existing routes, and improving multimodal logistics facilities. Notable projects include the Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor, designed to decongest Delhi and boost regional connectivity. Through innovative planning and efficient project execution, HRIDC plays a vital role in strengthening Haryana’s transport and economic infrastructure.
