Shri Naresh Kumar IAS (AGMUT 1987) presently Chairman – New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has been transferred and posted as the Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh vice Shri Satya Gopal . Shri Kumar, a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration and Financial Management. Shri Kumar worked as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Delhi Transport Corporation and Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines .
