N Sridhar appointed as CMD of Singareni Collieries

N Sridhar, a 1997 batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL).

SCCL is a government coal mining company jointly owned by the Telangana government and Government of India on a 51:49 equity basis. Sridhar is currently working as collector, Rangareddy district.
